School Violence

What are your thoughts on the relationship between bullying and school violence? 
I think when kids are being bullied at school either because of race,gender,or not "cool" and can cause them anger and pain emotionally and can cause them to do threaten the schools with bombs and school shootings to happen also fights. Home life and relationships with their parent/s and how the student grew up as kid and cause them to do those things like bulling, fighting, school shootings. 
What do you think adults can do to help students who are bullied?
 I know that there is a lot of students in one school and they all probably have their own life stories but  if you want to help try getting on a one to one bases and ask them if there is anything you can do for them. offer them time to see a social worker or a counselor. If they are getting bullied offer them advice to stand up for their selfs and if adults see bullying happening why not try to help and not walk away from it . 
What do you think students can do to help students who are bullied?
Don't just watch and let it happen speak up and say something don't be that person who walks away and says "oh next time I will say something."

I think the 17 year old should be tried as a juvenile and only be in juvenile detention because he is 17 and he hasn't full developed his frontal lobe of his brain which can cause kids to do stupid things and then later regret them and this part of the brain doesn't develop till your 20's. I also believe everyone should have a 2nd chance but NO more then that because we also don't want killers on the loose all the time.
